As a Product Designer at a full-service Financial Services Organization, my responsibilities include implementing design metrics, conducting design research, creating workflows, and utilizing agile methodologies to prototype digital projects using Figma. Additionally, I oversee the company's Design System, ensuring that all components are up-to-date with the latest features.
Working closely with product managers and stakeholders, I develop innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and streamline the platform's overall efficiency. Through this challenging yet rewarding experience, I have gained a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in Commercial Lending Programs.

Product Designer Jr. to Product Designer
My main responsibilities included UX/UI design, UX research, prototyping, and usability testing. I led the design process for an Invoice management tool and I also created solutions to boost platform efficiency.
I collaborated closely with the design, engineering, and product teams to develop a fully automated flow that would guide users through an onboarding process and also would allow them to align financial guidelines across borders, connecting Brazil's financial network guidelines with Chile's (financial document management flow).
Unfortunately, due my move to the US, I had to step out of position and look for another opportunity. I still value this as my most impactful job yet.

I led visual and editorial communication for internal needs, organizing briefings and planning graphic arts production, focusing on social media posts.
The exposure to the dynamic nature of agency work enabled me to develop my ability to meticulously attend to details while strictly adhering to deadlines.

Product Designer Intern
My main responsibilities included analyzing in-person usability tests, assisting in interpreting results, prototyping projects with SolidWorks and Fusion 360, leading benchmarking research, and managing DIY projects with robot components.
This experience sparked creativity and taught me to approach unfamiliar situations openly, by finding new solutions. It showed me endless possibilities for problem-solving with a creative, open mindset.
